The Federation’s Financial Statement for 2024-2025 is now with your Secretary and available for you to read. In my remarks I have explained the reason for moving from last year’s small profit to a deficit this year. Our accountant is happy with this and our reserves remain healthy. If you have any questions regarding the statement please email or write to the office and queries will be answered a.s.a.p.
We are very aware of increased costs of services and materials we use and are actively addressing this. Any savings made will help us to keep cost of events, mailing etc at a reasonable cost to members and any increase passed on will be as little as possible. Your support is vital to the Federation and much appreciated – on this note, we will be sending the Newsletters out to the Secretaries only from November to reduce costs of posting twice to some WIs. This includes the PDF versions and the printed ones.
Thank you for your efforts to get subs. paid promptly. We had an email from National thanking us for this. Praise indeed!
