We have been moving slowly towards on-line banking over the last few weeks and I am pleased to say that by the time you receive this Newsletter an email will have been sent to Presidents, Secretaries and Treasurers with clear instructions on how to proceed when a WI has a transaction with Federation. Event payments will probably be what is most used so read carefully! There will doubtless be some teething problems so I ask in advance for patience on both side of the transactions.
Should a WI wish to continue paying by cheque or cash that is fine.
As you will know the National Annual Meeting next year will be held in person.The meeting will be in Hull so much more accessible for us. I would remin,d WIs that they will need to budget for pooling of fares for this event and for delegates’ out of pocket expenses.
