A couple of reminders to Treasurers this month. Firstly, if you would like a WI IFE to audit your accounts IDEALLY 6 weeks notice should be given. If you are unsure of what paperwork to submit a list is available. I can email you a copy. Please ensure relevant signatures are on your financial statement. Also, an appointment should be made with the office to drop off and pick up completed work. If you post the paperwork please make sure correct postage is used.
Secondly, we are trying to update MCS with the correct details for your W.I. membership but especially the details for officers as the new year book is being prepared. WIs should have an MCS rep and not rely on updates being made at the office. The MCS is easy to use!!
Finally, there is a new WI Handbook available which can be downloaded from My WI or ordered from Cresswell House at £6 per copy plus postage.
