The Federation will be accepting the payments of subscriptions, from February 2024 by BACS. Those WIs who have online banking will be able to fast pay their members’ subscriptions, indicating on the identification line who the subs are from. However, and it’s a big HOWEVER, this means that Treasurers will have to ensure a list of new full / dual members and affiliation form reaches the office in good time to match up subs with the WI, as well as ensuring the MCS rep has updated your membership listing at the same time.
Until you are advised otherwise, these are the only payments we will accept by BACS. We will continue to accept subscriptions by cheque (with what the cheque is for on the reverse, as is current practice). These are slow steady steps to ensure we leave no one behind.
