Just a reminder that all money coming in at meetings should be entered on page 1 of the Financial Statement. This includes income received at meetings that does not come under another heading e.g., refreshments, raffle, any commission from speakers, visitor charges if any. The other items should be completed as normal.
This is nothing new for those that complete the Financial Statement regularly, but this has been requested to be clarified by new treasurers.
