Just a small missive this month as it’s a busy time with our own WI events and lots of visits to our lovely WIs for Annual Meetings – it’s so nice to see everyone and thank you for the warm welcomes.
We know how much effort is made to get everything right, and appreciate your time and dedication! I’d really like to encourage you to come along to our President’s and Secretaries’ get-togethers on Friday 19 the June, 2pm until 4pm, with both sessions happening simultaneously at Cresswell House so that you can car-share where possible. Marj and Dee are looking after Presidents, and myself (Moira) and Shirley welcoming Secretaries. We’re there to help with any queries, certainly don’t bite…and enjoy a bit of fun as well as the serious stuff! Even if you just think you may take on either role in future please come along – you’ve nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Told you it was going to be short Ladies…and I’m now off to sort out Mr Bengtson. Looking out into the back garden I can see him putting up the new bird feeder within a yard of the twirly washing line. Wonder what happened to logic….but he ‘s willing, bless him!!
