The committee have 3 events for your consideration as we get to the end of 2025.
An Introduction to Blackwork. Details in July/ August Newsletter. Closing date is September 30th. 
Come to Cresswell House on Saturday 22nd November and participate in a workshop, from 10.30 until 12 noon, coffee and biscuits from 10, to make some beautiful Marzipan Fruits. The workshop will be run by experienced tutor, Anne Lake. You will create a selection of authentic looking fruits which can be a gift or a special treat for yourself. All equipment and materials will be provided but please bring a small container to take your finished fruits home. Cost: £15 pp. Allergy Information. Marzipan fruits contain nuts/ almonds. Closing date is Tuesday 11th November. Application form is with your secretary.
Christmas Table Decoration. This workshop will be held at Cresswell House on Saturday December 13th from 10.30 until 12.30. Coffee and biscuits served from 10. Alison Scrimshaw, also an experienced tutor, will demonstrate and guide you to make and take home a beautiful table decoration to grace your Christmas table and impress visitors over the festive period. Everything needed to produce the decoration will be provided including mechanics, fresh foilage & festive adornments.Cost: £20pp.Closing date: Friday November 28th.
