The committee have two new events planned for early 2026 as follows….
- Saturday 21st February: Kitchen Tech and Tasty Treats. Join our very popular chef Kevin Johnson who has previously delivered a number of excellent events for us.
Kevin will showcase some delicious classics: savoury quiche, raspberry compote and sweet scones.Gluten free options will be available.At the end of the session these treats will be served as a light lunch with a good cup of tea. Arrive at 09:30 for coffee. A 2.5 hour session will start at 10:00 and finish at 12:30 Cost £15.00 pp. Closing date for applications: Tuesday 10th February
2. Saturday 28th March: Hop into Easter with a Cute Bunny Cake Topper. Hop into the Easter celebrations and with guidance and support from tutor Anne Lake produce an Easter bunny cake topper. Using modelling sugar paste you will receive step by step guidance in how to create your novelty bunny. All materials and equipment will be provided along with a display box to take your bunny home. Arrive at 10:00 for coffee and biscuits. The 2 hour session will start at 10:30 and finish at 12:30. Cost: £12.50 pp. Closing date for applications:Tuesday 10th March.

At the next committee meeting in January planning will focus on events for later in the year.
