Craft – April 2023 Update

The Craft Committee have had a great time at the Easter Craft day, eggs abounded with the floral creations, the chicks / rabbit that ‘looked complicated but once you got going it was ok’ and the origami box! All who attended loved the crafts and not having to bring packed lunch was much appreciated by all who attended.
Coming up next on our busy programme, is bread maestro Kevin Johnson, who will be in the Cresswell House kitchen on Saturday 1 July all day creating Italian breads for us to see and taste. Sign up on the yellow sheet already circulated. Price is £18, and numbers will be limited but you all will get a good seat. So, will Kevin make Focaccia, Ciabatta, garlic Ciabatta and Pane Toscano? You will have to come along to find out. Bring a packed lunch to keep you busy whilst the bread proves and fills Cresswell House with luscious smells, closing date is 20 June. This event is not suitable for those with milk egg gluten allergies, see yellow form.
