Hello ladies
I am sure that as many of you will now have received your Newsletters you will have realised that it went into print before the lockdown of the seven local Authorities was put in place on Friday 18th September. As the Newsletter contains news from many of our WI’s and messages from our sub committee Chairmen I decided to continue with the posting of the Newsletters for you all to see what had been planned etc rather than consign a lot of Newsletters to waste.
Obviously the new lockdown means that no classes or anything else can currently take place but should this tight lockdown that we are experiencing be lifted just as suddenly as it was imposed back to Rule of 6 in the next few weeks it did appear conceivable that the paper cutting class could indeed still go ahead.
I have also had messages about village halls that can accommodate multiple groups of 6 meeting when the current lockdown in our area is lifted and I must remind you that this type of “multiple groups” does NOT cover WI activities.
Please keep looking at our website and Facebook page for further information or e mail the office at the address on the Newsletter.
