Ulgham WI – supporting a refuge for women.

Ulgham WI decided to commemorate 110 years of the WI with 110 acts of kindness that would benefit women. Members made and filled dental bags, knit Izzy dolls and collected period products and helped with donations from supporters within the village the target of 110 items was exceeded (so the WI will have to continue!) Donations were parcelled up and delivered to Harbour Services who provide refuge for Women.
