We have now received 2026-2027 subs from all of our WIs, for which thank you. It has not been an easy task for you this year so your efforts are much appreciated.
It is not specifically the role of the treasurer but can I remind you that if your WI is registered as a charity, has a charity number registered with the Charity Commission, then your list of trustees must be kept up to date. This is all the committee members for your WI. We know that this is not always done and could cause problems as you are responsible for any issues that might arise.
There have been some issues over notifying us of dietary requirements for an event. Preferably include these with the email that accompanies payment or new style application forms by snail mail.
