The amended Link List indicating the delegates acting on behalf of the WIs within the Link List is being sent out with this newsletter. The two resolutions appearing on the agenda for the meeting are Access to Public Toilets and Action on Women’s Homelessness. You must vote on each of these at your WI meetings (“for” or “against”) and notify your delegate of the result in order for her to cast your votes at the meeting.

You should also arrange with your delegate whether or not you wish her to visit your WI to give her report on the meeting or whether you would prefer a written copy. Although a report is printed in WI Life, it is always good to hear the delegates’ personal views on the meeting.

We have heard from NFWI that next year’s National Annual meeting will be held in person at The Connexin Live in Hull on Thursday 3rd June 2027. Further information will be circulated later this year but WIs must be aware that they will need to budget for the 2027 Pooling of Fares fee and their share of the cost for delegates to attend this meeting.
