Points of interest will be pointed out as we go. There are plenty of places to eat should you wish to reward your efforts. Please wear appropriate footwear, bring water and be ready for any weather!

Car Treasure Hunt.  Date: Sunday October 5th. Starting Point: Car Park at Stannington Village Hall. NE61 6EL. It will follow quiet  country lanes and reveal some hidden gems. You will return to Stannington for a delicious afternoon tea and superb raffle.  All for £11.00 pp.

Closing date for applications is Friday 12th Sepember.  I hope you will support Bedlington’s efforts to make this a success.

The domino competition is going well and when the next round is completed a link to look at progress of teams will be in July Newsletter. I have to mention the nail-biting finish between Clousden Hill and Hepple. At end of normal play it was all square. The final game of the play-off went to a count with both players having one domino. Vivienne ( Hepple) turned over blank-one and Pat   (Clousden Hill) the double blank. Who knew dominoes could be so exciting?

Hope the Sun keeps shining and I’ll be back in July.
