Public Affairs – February 2023 Update

Our first event this year is “Hear All About It” on Tuesday 4 April when we will have experts on hand to guide us through and discuss the Resolution coming before the National Annual Meeting at Cardiff. We hope everyone going as a Link Delegate or Observer will come to the meeting but we welcome any member who is interested. It will be at 2pm at Cresswell House and, naturally, tea and cake will be served.
Other events being planned for the year include a return of the very popular Murderous Newcastle Walk; a Jesmond Cemetery Walk, a coach trip to Paxton House and Focus on Food – bringing us up to date with nutrition, new food ingredients and kitchen equipment.
Booking forms for these events will be sent to your WI Secretary nearer the time.
