I hope you have enjoyed the events we have created for you in 2022 and will be able to support us more in 2023, and that leads me nicely into March 2023… Yes, I know you haven’t pulled a cracker or eaten all the mince pies yet but the Craft Committee like being super organised, ….
On Saturday 25 March we will be offering a whole day devoted to Easter Crafts. You will make all 3 items as well as joining us for a light buffet lunch at Cresswell House, and yes you are correct there will be chocolate eggs…! The whole day will cost you £30! Look out for the yellow sheet closing date will be 7 March at noon
I can almost see your eyes rolling at the thought of Easter before we have even got to the turn of the year and finished the last of the stollen, but we need to give everyone 3 months’ notice as some WIs don’t meet in December, some don’t meet in January, and we need to be fair to everyone. Plus, don’t leave it until last minute to apply unless you are going to drop it through the door the night before closing date, as the postal strikes are not going away.
