Leisure – May 2022 Update

Our first Whist Drive was held early last month and was great fun.. whether you knew how to play or not. As with the Darts and Dominoes competition, now underway, it is re-assuring to have ladies say “it is so good to be meeting up again” and long may it continue.
On that note, Noreen Brent has agreed to deliver two more Tai Chi sessions in July. These will be suitable for those who attended in November and for complete “newbies.” The dates for the Tai Chi sessions are Wednesday 6 July and Wednesday 13 July. They will both be at Cresswell House, starting at 11am and the cost to members is £7 (no cost of living increase) and will include a light lunch of crackers, cheese and pate. Application form is with your Secretary.
