This month we are sad to announce that Rosemary Redshaw has retired from the Craft Committee. Rosemary has dedicated over ten years as a volunteer and throughout her time on the committee she has delivered a variety of craft sessions as well as ensuring that all of the equipment needed was available. Rosemary, you will be a huge miss and we send our best wishes for the future.

y 5 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm The Craft committee are taking to the road!. This event will take place at Breamish Hall, Powburn. Two different crafts will be offered with all materials and equipment provided. There will be a morning and an afternoon session with a fabulous cold lunch included. Crafts will include Embroidered Felt Brooches, Deco-patch and/or paper cutting. Closing date 9th June 2025 £35, yellow sheet is out.
Willow Weaving (additional event) Session 1 – AM 10:30-12:30. Session 2 – PM 13:30-15:30 on April 26th.Due to the popularity of the previous event and that the event was so oversubscribed, we have managed to secure a second date with Ruth Thompson. Ruth appeared on Robson Green’s ‘Weekend Escapes’ TV series. You will learn how to create a couple of Bird Feeders from interlocking willow branches. Closing date 8th April 2025 Cost: £35 per person.
