We had a very interesting and informative afternoon hearing about living with ADHD and Autism. We got the views from a mother with adult sons with difficulties and also a young person who is independent and has a singing career. Depending upon the symptoms, it is possible to live a useful and happy life. There were lots of shared experiences, especially when it came to getting a diagnosis and continuing care. National Federation supplied booklets “Thinking Differently” Autistic and ADHD Women and Girls and may still be available direct from National Federation at publicaffairs@nfwi.org.uk

We hope you will come to the “Hear All About It” meeting to hear more information on Resolution(s) on Tuesday 2 April at 2pm in Cresswell House (form is in this months mailing). We are also hoping to have more walks and possibly a presentation in Cresswell House for those members who have difficulty walking for long periods of time. More details in the coming months.
