Tasting the Middle East with Yasmin Sayed Ahmed

Come to Cresswell House on 11 September at 10am for a 10:30 start, to join new to the wider Federation, Yasmin Sayed Ahmed, from Layla’s Kitchen. She will demonstrate a delicious tagine, with salad and couscous all food native to her homeland of Egypt. As is our way, there will be tips, hints as well as the most important part – the tasting of her creations. Which along with the recipe she will encourage you to recreate or adapt the recipe to make it your own. Yasmin is more than happy to answer any culinary questions about what she makes, how to adapt it as well as encourage you to try more middle eastern dishes!
