Noreen Brent is offering two more sessions of Tai Chi. These sessions will be suitable for ladies who attended in November and for “newbies”. For the session, please wear loose clothing, soft shoes and bring a bottle of water. Light lunch of cheese, pate and biscuits included in cost. Please let us know if there are any dietary requirements.
