Netherton Circular Walk

Following the success of last year’s venture with Newbrough WI, Netherton WI have a planned a walk and lunch in their area of Northumberland on Thursday 20 June 2024. The walk is moderate and covers 5 miles with one slight incline and is on tracks and a short distance on a quiet road. There will be the possibility of turning back at any point. Enjoy the beautiful countryside and learn something of the area. Do you know Biddlestone quarry’s claim to fame? Come at 10:00 for tea and coffee and the walk starts at Netherton Memorial Hall at 10:30. Afterwards there will be a savoury and sweet lunch, which will reward your efforts. Price £12
