Italian Breads – demo and tasting with Kevin Johnston

Come to Cresswell House on Saturday 1 July at 10am to be greeted with a hot drink and biscuits then on the dot of 10:30 move into the Demo kitchen for a whole day to watch and enjoy the near magical creation of a variety of Italian breads. The baker will be the very experienced talented food creator Kevin Johnson, who started his food career many years ago and has been responsible for creating fantastic food for everyone from The Royal Navy to the schools and colleges with many points in between.  In the demo you will see all the stages of creating beautiful warm aromatic breads, you will be able to ask questions about what you see as well as takes notes if you so wish. Provided with this demo will be a full recipe sheet to take away. What a way to spend a day.

On this occasion the demo in NOT SUITABLE for those members with gluten, cheese, milk, egg intolerances. Date of event SATURDAY 1 July 10 for 10:30 – 4pm at Cresswell House cost is £18. Bring a packed lunch, tea and coffee biscuits provided. Closing date is 20 June at Noon.
