Fish Friday

Sue Malloy will be in the demonstration kitchen on Friday 22nd of October for a demo themed on ‘Fish Friday’ as you would expect Sue will show you different ways to serve different fish as well as passing on hints and tips to improve/expand your use of fish. There will be tasty samples afterwards, maybe bring a notebook for hints and tips!

The session will start 10 for 10:30 with coffee and following the always interesting demo you will get a tasting, in line with covid restrictions numbers will be limited.
