Cookery Workshop – Classic Quiche Lorraine

On Thursday, 23 September Sue Malloy hosts the first of the Cookery Workshops beginning with the classic quiche Lorraine! For £17.50 You will make short crust pastry both by hand and in the processor yourself and given tips on how to achieve a perfectly cooked filling with no soggy bottom! Everything is provided but please bring your own apron and container to carry your quiche home with you. Please note this workshop is limited to 3 people only and will last 2-3 hours. Closing date: 6 September
Application is via the WI Secretary if the WI is open. If not, members can apply direct to Cresswell House by sending an email to email@example.com or telephone 0191 217 0808. Under the current circumstances and as things may change, for the time being only do not send any payment with your application as this will be requested once places have been confirmed. Payment will be required within one week after confirmation otherwise the place will be given to another applicant.
