Cookery Workshop 2 – Classic Quiche Lorraine

On Friday, 29 October Sue Malloy hosts a repeat Quiche Lorraine Cookery Workshop. For £17.50 you will make short crust pastry both by hand and in the processor yourself, give tips on how to achieve a perfectly cooked filling with no soggy bottom, so bring a notebook! Everything is provided but please bring your own apron and container to carry your quiche home with you. Please note this workshop is limited to 3 people only and will last 2-3 hours.
