Annual Council Meeting

The Annual Council Meeting will be held on Saturday 7 October 2023 in the Performing Arts Centre – The Miller Theatre, Royal Grammar School, Eskdale Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 4DX starting at 11am, doors open from 10am. It will be necessary to apply for observer / visitor tickets.  Tickets are £10 this year for visitors and will be allocated after the closing date of Thursday 22 September.   We must keep a close eye on numbers so please ensure the Office knows you are attending before the Council Meeting.

Please note this year on site parking is not available and if coming by car will have pay for on street parking. An alternative is to park one of the Park and Ride centers and take the metro or bus. You can park at the Regent Center and the Q3 bus drops off on Osborne Road.
