Next Steps – Knitting CANCELLED

Come to Cresswell House and learn from a very skilled knowledgeable experienced tutor Marian Fairless, how to convert a ball of wool into a sampler of more complex knitting which will have a variety of stitches on it, see the attached picture. You will have guidance about what the complex pattern codes are and how to make them happen, so bring a notebook and pen to aid your memory. You may want to bring a packed lunch as this class runs until 2pm, and as we know learning is hard work. However unlimited tea and coffee will be available to keep you going.  For this class you will need to come with a pair of UK 8 / 6mm knitting needles. A cable needle, a 50g ball of double knit or Aran wool. Please cast on 41 stitches and knit 4 rows of single rib starting with P1, K1.  Numbers are limited so you get the best experience.
